This Pasadena-based company was acquired a few years ago and is now part of an international German-based company that provides software for architects, engineers and the construction industry. The local company's founder was still with the company up until ~18 months ago. They've done a great job of preserving their startup culture, in spite of being part of a big German company. They are looking for Inside Sales reps to manage and qualify inbound leads that are coming directly from the website, existing customers and resellers/partners. This role will have some demo and closing responsibilities for smaller inbound accounts - but the primary role is to support the Account Management and Account Development teams. While the role is mostly inbound related - your coordination with Account Development will also involve customer research and strategic outbound calling to grow existing accounts. Ideally, the company is looking for reps who have experience qualifying and calling into enterprise companies and AEC (Architect, Engineering, Construction) experience - but these are not requirements.
